Project Description: Located at Allegheny General Hospital on Pittsburgh's North Side, the new 90,000 square foot, $78 million state-of-the-art cancer center opened to patients in 2020. Our early involvement in the design phase with architectural team resulted in a successful collaboration and solutions to several custom design features on the exterior façade. The building features three unique structural glazing facades, including a 27' folding glass wall, a serpentine wall featuring sunshades, and 55' clear span atrium wall that ties into the existing hospital.
