Project Description: Project includes a 10-story tower on the southeast portion of Ruby Memorial Hospital. The addition expands WVU Children’s Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the Emergency Department and the Jon Michael Moore Trauma Center. The tower also expands the hospital’s other intensive care units.
